This course is about using strategies, resources and complementary activities to make the most of the textbook in the L2 classroom.

The approach followed is comprehension-based, that is, stressing the importance input has in enhancing our students acquisition when learning a foreign language.

Textbooks are not good or bad in themselves, but it is our task as teachers to exploit them to make the contents appealing and motivating to our students to achieve our main goal: to make them communicatively competent.
